補償器(qi)(qi)習慣(guan)上也叫膨脹(zhang)節,或(huo)伸縮節。由構(gou)(gou)成其工作(zuo)主體(ti)(ti)的波紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(一種彈(dan)性元件(jian)(jian))和(he)(he)端管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、支架(jia)、法蘭、導(dao)(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)附件(jian)(jian)組成。 屬于一種補償元件(jian)(jian)。利用(yong)(yong)其工作(zuo)主體(ti)(ti)波紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的有(you)效伸縮變(bian)形(xing),以吸收管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線、導(dao)(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、容器(qi)(qi)等(deng)由熱(re)(re)(re)脹(zhang)冷縮等(deng)原因(yin)而產生的尺寸變(bian)化(hua),或(huo)補償管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線、導(dao)(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、容器(qi)(qi)等(deng)的軸向、橫向和(he)(he)角向位移。也可用(yong)(yong)于降噪減振(zhen)。在(zai)現代工業中用(yong)(yong)途廣泛。供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)上,為了防止(zhi)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道升溫時,由于熱(re)(re)(re)伸長或(huo)溫度(du)應(ying)力而引起管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道變(bian)形(xing)或(huo)破壞,需要在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道上設置補償器(qi)(qi),以補償管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道的熱(re)(re)(re)伸長,從而減小(xiao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)壁的應(ying)力和(he)(he)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)在(zai)閥件(jian)(jian)或(huo)支架(jia)結構(gou)(gou)上的作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力。
